Last night we had dinner in Castiglione del Lago. Language turned out to be an issue both with ordering and paying.
I had the veggie pizza but without sauce it was a little dry. So just add olive oil.
This morning we're headed to the aeroporto di Roma to send them back stateside. Bob and I are taking a bus to Pompeii and then on to Salerno. ×××××
Trains to Naples are full, bus to Pompeii is full...heading from Aeroporto di Roma to Roma Terminii to see what options we have.
To Salerno at 3:30PM thru Naples. It's now 9:50A. It will be a long wait, even McDonald's had no space. Found space at Sfizio Cafe. Sitting.
Arrived in Salerno at 5:40P, caught a cab to the B&B and spent the next hour trying to get in. Totally online access instructions no attendant, three different locking systems and processes. Tomorrow we're doing a 8 hr tour on the SS Minnow (only kidding).
